For table linen we use heavy, dense woven linen. I still have my grandmothers tablecloths in heavy linen – still great after 50 years of using. But for linen clothing we choose light to medium dense woven linen fabric. You will fall in love with lightness of our linen blouses, but for trousers we use medium weight linen. SUSTAINABILITY My grandmother never talked about sustainability, but everything she was making it was the real think. Items was properly sewn in best linen, made to be worn, torn and passed down to generations. From her I also learned to not throw things away, so even now we do items with ZERO WASTE concept, and small pieces of fabric are made in smaller items, used for patches. Smallest items, that we can not use for items, we donate to company which compost it and improve soil for next flax growing cycle. All our garments are made to be used, and also to be repaired!
