How do I place an order?
Choose the product you love, select size and colour, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your details and preferred shipping method, then complete the payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been started to make yet. Just contact us and we’ll assist you.

Where are your products shipped from?
All our linen pieces are lovingly crafted in Europe and shipped directly to you from our studios in Lithuania. All packages are shipped with tracking.

Delivery times depend on your location and the product type: Most of our items are made-to-order : usually dispatched within 2-5 working days
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.
